OliveU Charcu was born from a belief that food is more than something  you serve. It’s something that you experience. 

Founded by EbonyJ.,  OliveU Charcu began with a simple love for gathering, presentation, and thoughtful detail. What started as handcrafted boards for intimate moments quickly evolved into curated grazing experiences designed to feel intentional, elevated, and memorable. 

At OliveU Charcu, we don’t believe in overcrowded tables or one-size-fits all displays. Every spread is thoughtfully designed with balance , flow,  and visual harmony in mind. From hand-cut cheeses to carefully placed accents , each element is chosen to compliment the next- creating what we call Luxury Abundance : a feeling  of generosity without excess.

Our work blends artistry with structure. We focus on clean ingredients,  refined styling , and purposeful spacing so that every table feels effortless, elegant, and  inviting.  Whether it’s a  baby shower, wedding cocktail hour,  or private celebration, our goal is always the same- to create a grazing experience that feels curated, calm,  and distinctly OliveU.
