Graze table bookings do not include the physical table itself. Customers are responsible for providing a clean, sturdy, and appropriately sized table at the event location.

Consultations are required for all graze table bookings to discuss your preferences and event details.
Corporate, Grazing Tables, and Large Event Orders
Unless otherwise specified in a signed contract, please refer to the following terms and conditions for on-site grazing tables:
Payment policy: A 50% deposit is required upon booking, and the remaining 50% is due 7 days before the event. Please note that a booking is NOT confirmed until a deposit is received.
Cancellation policy: Cancellations must be made in writing please email us at oliveucharcu@gmail.com
We do not recommend setting up grazing tables outside unless the temperatures are below 80 degrees, the location is under a roof/tent or similar, and there is a fan present to keep air circulating.Olive U Charcu is not liable for food condition or storage once delivered, regardless of whether staff stays on site at the event venue. Please refer to your signed contract/quote for specific or additional booking conditions.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. Images of defective or incorrect items will be required and must be submitted within 24-hours.
Payment Options
We accept major Credit Cards, Apple Pay, and Zelle. Full payment is required at booking/at purchase.
We do not accept Cash and Checks as payment methods.
Refunds
Upon the refund approval, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note it may take several business days for your card or bank to process the refund.
Refunds will not be processed for gift orders that are attempted for delivery during the designated time slot. If a delivery is attempted (applicable to regular and special gift orders) with our team contacting the recipient without a response, the order will be returned to our store for pickup. The recipient will be responsible for picking up the order.
Menu Changes
Menu changes must be finalized at least [21] days prior to the event. Last-minute changes will not be accommodated.
Food Allergies Disclaimer
Our boards may contain or have come in contact with common food allergens including (but not limited too): peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, soy, eggs, wheat, fish, shellfish, or dairy products.
Clients with sensitivities should exercise judgment and please let us know to not include specific ingredients within your board. While we can omit those ingredients and take precautions to reduce the risk of cross-contamination, we cannot 100% guarantee that any of the products are safe to consume for people with peanut, tree nut, dairy products, eggs, soy, fish, shellfish, and wheat allergies.
OliveU Charcu will be glad to substitute pork products for turkey and beef products with an up charge fee
Food Safety
Graze tables are designed for immediate consumption. Leftovers should be refrigerated promptly. We [OliveU Charcu] do not take responsibility for food left unattended after the event.
Food Handling
When products are received, please keep refrigerated and consume within 24-48 hours. It is the responsibility of the customer to dispose of the food if kept unrefrigerated beyond 4 hours, to comply with food safety standards. OliveU Charcu will not be held responsible if products aren't stored correctly.
If you are traveling with your board, please let us know so we can package it accordingly. We ask that you place the board in a cooler or with flat ice packs to ensure the platter remains cold & fresh.

By agreeing to our terms and conditions the client is agreeing to dispose of any food after this set time. OliveU Charcu will not be held responsible for any adverse reactions to our food consumed after this time.
If OliveU Charcu is required to return to the event site to collect rental items and perform post-event cleanup, a Setup & Breakdown Fee of $150 will apply. This covers labor, packing, and transportation for retrieval after the event.
All decorative display items provided by OliveU Charcu—A cleanup fee of $150.00 is applied to each graze table booking that includes rental décor. All items must be returned in their original condition. If any rental items are missing, damaged, or returned in unusable condition, the client will be billed a replacement fee based on the item's value.

Invoices for damages will be issued after the event and are due within 5 business days.

Photography and Promotion
By booking with OliveU Charcu, you consent to the use of photos taken of your graze table for marketing and promotional purposes unless otherwise requested. Please note that the images displayed on our website and social media are for presentation purposes only. Actual boards and graze tables may vary slightly in appearance and ingredient selection based on seasonal availability, vendor supply, and event customizations, Substitutes may be made for fruits, vegetables, or garnishes that are lout of season or unavailable, while maintaining the overall quality and aesthetic of your order.
Order Inclusions
All boards will include mini utensils such as a honey dipper, tongs, and forks/spoons for serving the board, unless otherwise specified or arranged in advance.
Unless arranged and/or purchased, individual utensils and serving plates/boats are not included.
Taxes and Fees
The state of Michigan requires us OliveU Charcu to add 6% tax on all boards and graze tables.
There will be a $35.00 delivery fee for all boards. Delivery fee will be included with the purchase of a Graze Table.
Limitations & Liabilities .The limitations on liability set out below will not apply to any claim which is the consequence of fraud, dishonesty, willful concealment, willful misrepresentation or gross negligence by or on behalf of OliveU Charcu.OliveU Charcu will under no circumstances whatsoever be liable to you in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, for any special, indirect or consequential losses arising out of this Agreement. To the extent permitted by law, you acknowledge that OliveU Charcu maximum aggregate liability to you, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, shall in all circumstances be limited to the aggregate value of the invoice issued to the customer by OliveU Charcu under this Agreemen Product.
